Unplugged Canada is a grassroots, parent-led movement helping kids thrive through meaningful connections and real-world experiences.
We’re guided by Jonathan Haidt’s four evidence-based principles. By delaying smartphones and social media, while promoting healthy digital habits, we give children the freedom to grow and flourish.
With local pledges to delay smartphones, practical resources to support digital literacy, and national advocacy calling for Canada to have a social media age minimum, we’re building momentum for cultural and systemic change.
