The holiday season is a time to share joy, kindness, and connection – and together, we can make a meaningful difference. We know this time of year is full of requests, but when our community comes together, every contribution truly matters. This year, we’re supporting two families in need through our Holiday Hamper Program, and we invite you to take part.

Meet the Families We’re Supporting
Family 1: Requests
A devoted grandmother is raising her four grandchildren, all of whom have special needs requiring frequent appointments and extra support. The family faces financial strain, and the stress of poverty affects both the grandmother and the children.
Despite these challenges, their home is full of love, resilience, and care. The grandmother works tirelessly to create a safe, nurturing environment, and any support from our community would be deeply appreciated.
Family 2: Requests
This family includes a mother, father, and their four children, who are new to Canada and far from extended family. The father is living with a life-threatening illness, and the mother balances part-time work with caring for the family. Their youngest child has a serious dermatological condition that causes pain and can make attending school difficult.
Even in the face of hardship, they remain humble, resilient, and deeply grateful for any support. Help during the holiday season provides both practical relief and the comfort of knowing others care.
