Come join your fellow students and parents for the first big event of the year. Carve a pumpkin, chow down on a hearty bowl of homemade chili, have fun and raise funds for our great school. Student/parents at Beaches Alternative School are welcome to join in the fun.
- Thursday, October 23, 6 – 8 pm (pumpkin judging at 7:30 pm)
- Each pumpkin can be had for a $2 donation
- Contestants are asked to bring their own carving utensils
- For littles ones, we will have paint to decorate pumpkins
Chili Cook~off Rules
1. Bring a batch of homemade chili in a crock pot – veggie, con carne, or your secret recipe!
2. Attendees can purchase a bowl of chili for $5.
3. Your chili will be judged by our very own nutrition co-ordinators and a guest judge.
4. All crock pots will be numbered – so judging will be anonymous.
5. One entrant will win the title of Chili Master for the year and will be on the judging panel next year!
