Pizza Lunch in March has been cancelled. We are looking to add another pizza lunch before the end of the year. We will keep you informed.

KIMBERLEY KINDY PIZZA DAYS

WEDNESDAYS: MAR 27, APR 24, MAY 29

It’s Pizza time! Please place Pizza orders (for JKs and SKs only) again online using MunchaLunch.com! You can pay for your orders online by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) OR submit cheque/cash (to your teacher or to the office, please include a note with your child’s name & teacher so we may match the orders).

ORDERS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MARCH 20.

PIZZA SLICE: $2 EACH (OPTIONS ARE PEPPERONI OR CHEESE)

Fresh fruit and veggies will be provided by the Snack Team to balance out our yummy lunch

IMPORTANT:

• Please note there is NO pizza lunch in June.
• There is also NO hot lunch (by The Lunch Mom) served on our Pizza Days.
• Unlike the big school, we will not be offering milk as an option because of dairy allergies (spills are hard to prevent in the kindy room)
• If you do not wish to complete your order online, paper forms can be picked up in the office.
• It is YOUR responsibility to notify your child’s lunchtime caregiver if your child does not usually stay for lunch.

We are always in need of Volunteers! There is a volunteer page in the online system where you can checkmark which dates you are available. We will then contact you with a proposed schedule.

It is your responsibility to notify your child’s lunchtime caregiver if your child does not usually stay for lunch. We appreciate your support for our Pizza Days as the funds go towards Classroom Grants, Field Trips, STEM initiatives, Scientists in the School, Prologue and general fundraising within the school. • We know that paying for 4 pizza days all at once can be expensive. You DO NOT have to pay for everything up front. You may pay monthly online, or to the office. PLEASE still order pizza for all 4 dates regardless of how you intend to pay.
• If you so not wish to complete your order online, paper forms can be picked up in the office.

The kindies are officially getting pizza lunches. Starting Nov 28th, please sign up on munchalunch to order pizza for your child. The rest of the school will also be having pizza lunch that day, ordering for grade 1-6 is closed, please contact meg.c.meeds@gmail.com for any changes or additions to orders.

Dates and instructions to sign up are now available. Don’t miss out on the kids’ favorite day of the month and a good way to support class field trip funds and technology advances for the classroom.

Volunteers are needed for the lunch hour including set up, handing out food and of course clean up. If available please email  kimberleyjpscouncil@gmail.com.

Thank you to all the volunteers who came out for the January Pizza Lunch, it was a huge success and ran smoother than ever.

Please also remember if you can, do make the time to volunteer with your child’s class on a field trip or in class. Field Trips are cancelled when teachers’ don’t get enough volunteers. In the next month or so various classes are getting ready for Scientists in the School and Skating at Ted Reeve + more so remember to volunteer when asked, don’t assume someone else will. And don’t be afraid to reach out to your teacher(s) to find out how you could help.
